Role: E-commerce and Digital Marketing Manager

Summary: You will manage and execute the ecommerce and digital strategy to meet revenue and conversion goals while ensuring a seamless and on brand user experience across all digital channels. We need someone who can demonstrate Shopify Plus experience and working with developers. You will also work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop best practice solutions, execute with excellence and ultimately, drive incremental sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the Havaianas digital marketing and e-commerce strategy in line with the annual marketing calendar and budget to create an omnichannel experience for our customers
  • Manage the digital marketing budget and drive and report on the online P&L and sales, traffic, average order value and conversion targets
  • Manage the digital presence for Havaianas and create brand consistency within owned, earned, and paid channels
  • Develop and implement strategic and targeted online marketing campaigns, offers/promotions, product launches to meet targets across all key channels.
  • Attract new and existing users via the development and implementation of online customer acquisition and retention strategies, including paid social, SEO, PPC, retargeting, email, and display
  • Understand the UX and develop and execute strategies to continuously improve the site using a range of tools including but not limited to Google Analytics
