Role: E-Commerce Coordinator

Summary:

Our fast-paced E-Commerce Operations team are looking for an E-Commerce Coordinator to join the team on a 10-month parental leave contract.

The E-commerce Coordinator role is responsible for the support and execution of a number of the daily platform operational requirements of the SurfStitch storefronts and sales channels. These tasks will be executed primarily via the use of software such as; Commerce Cloud’s Business Manager, VRP’s Web Admin and MarketPlacer.

Responsibilities:

• Upload and Optimise owned and marketplace inventory to platform
• Content loading and scheduling
• Update site messaging
• A/B testing execution on strategy
• Continual customer experience optimisation, particularly search functionality, product merchandising and navigation
• Regular device specific audits of digital customer experiences ensuring they are optimized to support a positive impact on business conversion targets
• Support defect and enhancement management and communication with the development team using Jira Service Desk
• Write accurate and compelling product descriptions for all products
• Re-name, re-size and re-touch images as required
• Ensure a same day upload of all assigned “product” shoot sheets
• Undertake weekly auditing of allocated categories and previously uploaded products to ensure all products have necessary imagery, are in correct categories and have the correct information within description
