Summary: The Site Ops Producer for Levi’s & Dockers ecommerce production team drives operational excellence for the team; serves as primary contact for issues with tools or the customer experience, working cross-functionally to resolve issues and deliver consistent results; advocates for enhancements and upgrades to tools and processes with a focus on the impact to the customer; performs other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Drive key site ops initiatives, from roadmap to launch; able to quantify benefits, build support, identify key dependencies and risks; track, manage and prioritize enhancements and “parking lot” requests; work with partners to set and manage expectations.
- Manage site refreshes and web projects in partnership with cross functional teams to prioritize, troubleshoot and provide communication to business stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of various web production and release processes, including direct experience with website tools, content management systems and technologies.
- Develop and manage project workflows, timelines and roadmaps for various business plans and objectives; maintain optimal production processes to ensure deliverables and milestones are met with consistency and accuracy.
- Highly process-oriented with superior skills in defining operational processes.
- Enable production team to lead business readiness support for site enhancements; partnering with Product Managers to execute UAT, Training, Test Data, BAU workflows, defect prioritization, communication and post launch activities.
- Assess operational plans and technical changes to the site; make decisions based on organizational capacity and brand impact (e.g. coordinate tool/site outages with marketing calendar/upcoming events).
- Builds and maintains relationships across teams and levels.
- Lead and enable production team to provide business support for run-ins, production issues and demonstrate effective communication with cross-functional teams, business partners, and senior leadership.
