Summary: The E-Commerce Project Manager manages front-end site enhancements from beginning to end. Additionally, this position is responsible for updating’s landing pages, product listing pages, the FAQ’s section, and The Thread blog posts according to the Digital Campaign Calendar.


  • Work with external stakeholders, merchandising, design, and development teams to gather requirements, schedule, resource, and manage the completion of site enhancements and front-end digital projects
  • Organize and lead quality assurance testing on all new front-end site enhancements
  • Work with the production, merchandising and development teams to coordinate content and code pushes.
  • Communicate upcoming project launches, feature launches, and code deployments to internal and external teams.
  • Build and schedule site updates according to the Digital Campaign Calendar
  • Build out blog posts and news articles for the content management system
  • Work with key stakeholders to gather feedback
  • Occasionally use in-line HTML and CSS as necessary to customize content
  • Organize and maintain the creative asset library on the Commerce Cloud server
  • Be responsible for factually and typographically correct copy throughout the site
  • Write and edit copy as necessary for use on the website
