Summary: The Ecommerce Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day activities across the functional Ecommerce organization. This role will ensure merchandising, marketing, operations, creative, and others are supported in order to help meet the needs of our sales goals. The role is primarily focused on site merchandising support with a secondary function to support additional ecommerce projects.


•    Organize and prepare product catalog each season and supporting end to end product lauch process on site with great attention to detail.

•    Coordination of product copy, facets/attributes, formatting data, and tagging products in Shopify to support general merchandising team.

•    Responsible for tracking product launches with cross-functional teams through its entire cycle with additional support to assist in merchandising select pages on site, scheduling launches/promotions, and ensuing content is ready for upload for site flips.

•    Liaison between cross-functional teams to gather and organize data including but not limited to: assets (lifestyle/product), samples, copy, etc. to support ecommerce team. Inclues project brief support, setting up tasks/subtasks, and following through until completion.

•    Calendar coordination in Asana and other tools to support the ecommerce team across digital channel projects which may include some cross-functional alignment.

•    Strong communication with all cross-functional teams for effective management of all projects to hit deadlines.

•    Organize and gather samples seasonally in preparation for Ecommerce photoshoots and help support in studio when needed.

•    Organize and pull / refresh data to prep weekly and monthly reporting via Full Circle, Google Analytics, or other reporting platforms.

•    Tracking and documentation of competitors promo activity, on-site search results and other status update charts.

•    Adhoc project support for eCommerce team.
