Summary: The role of the eCommerce Coordinator is to support the eCommerce Manager and the eCommerce team in the day-to-day operations of the store. Responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle, the coordinator oversees expected delivery timelines, shoot schedules and calendar events to ensure product is available online for purchase – ensuring sales targets are met, and consistent growth is delivered.
Responsibilities:
PRODUCT
- With the support of the eCom Assistant, is responsible for coordination, upload and enrichment of all saleable products online, ensuring weekly KPI’s are upheld and timelines are met.
- Responsible for writing and maintaining brand collection bios and meta data.
- Management of navigation, vendor and collection pages.
- Management of stores and careers content.
- Visual merchandising of collection and brand pages – in accordance with deliveries, launch timelines and sales performance.
- Conducts daily QC checks to ensure product descriptions, images, barcodes etc are all correct and displaying on relevant collection pages.
- Works with eCom team to receive customer/business feedback and updates site content accordingly.
- Involved in coordination of product planning and landing pages to support Marketing calendar e.g. brand launches, sale pages etc.
REPORTING
- Prepares weekly reporting via Shopify and other business systems, provides analytical and anecdotal feedback to eCom Manager and greater business.
- Participates in weekly trade meeting, sharing results and any relevant feedback to the greater team.
- Uses data to support eCom Manager in driving trade of the store.
- Uses business tools to drive VM decisions.
- Analyses any trends in sales, provides feedback as required
