About the role…
Our eCommerce Manager is responsible for sales performance and day to day operations of all ecommerce channels. This role will drive on-site conversion, manage profitability and look for new opportunities for both Rip Curl and Ozmosis. Day to day duties include;

  • Set and manage ANZ ecommerce sales, margin and profitability targets with Full P&L responsibility for ANZ ecom business, monitoring and providing regular reforecasts as required
  • Lead all operational functions for eCommerce and oversee content planning and content strategy for the website
  • Partner with relevant teams and external agencies to achieve input goals (traffic, conversion etc.) and drive sustainable revenue outcomes
  • Ensure that paid performance marketing is appropriately funded and leveraged to drive customer acquisition, conversion and retention
  • Play a leading role in identifying, evaluating and planning new opportunities and enhancement projects
  • Ensure channel inventory needs are met and assist with range selection for multiple ecommerce channels
  • Review seasonal sales plan/sku/category plan by ecommerce channel with buy team
  • Development of new channels and marketplaces relevant to the region, developing product and segmentation strategy for new channels
  • Provide recommendations and assist with planning and implementation of digital strategies for offline retail channels, including an integrated Omni Channel approach
  • Work with the Digital Marketing team to define expectation of the strategy and direct the online experience from a consumer perspective to directly deliver to these expectations
