Role: eCommerce – Online Sales

Summary:

This position requires the applicant to take ownership of the sales on the website. You will be strategic and technical, with the skills to grow and enhance our online presence, revenue, traffic, user experience, conversion rate and AOV.

On a daily basis, you will manage customer communications, provide product sales support, process daily orders both manually and physically, create product listing as well as provide pre- and post-sales support.

Responsibilities:

• Working toward achieving and exceeding financial, sales and service with the online platform
• Contribute towards process improvement and systems automation
• Actioning customer communications and support requests within established time-frames
• Ensuring orders are processed and dispatched within established time frames
• Liaise confidently with owners and managers
