Summary: As the eCommerce Marketing Manager, you will enable, manage, and drive marketing executions for key initiatives brought to life in the Email channel and across Vans DTC that directly drive consumer affinity and engagement. You will work cross-functionally on high visibility projects to ensure calendar, consumer segmentation, and brand messaging alignment, ultimately bringing the Vans voice to consumers in an authentic way.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all email channel communications in support of eCom and Brand needs

  • Optimize email channel performance utilizing test and learn tactics and ongoing strategic development

  • Build and maintain seasonal email calendar based on available data and brand priorities

  • Report on insights within the email channel to drive knowledge around consumer and product

  • Oversee build and scheduling of segmentation focused email content

  • Own ESP product roadmap and work with partner/technology teams to advance and enable new channel capabilities
