Responsibilities:

• Report to Event Marketing Manager
• Support the logistical planning and execution of events – from Trade Shows and YETI Retail events to consumer facing activations
• Serve as a liaison between the event team, broader YETI sales team and the Retail Ops team
• Maintain inventory and product allocation for shows
• Coordinate internal event staffing
• Coordinate the ordering and fulfillment of promotional samples for events
• Facilitate post-event reporting and documentation
• Maintain an updated list of scheduled events and event assets
• Execute events onsite – from install to dismantle
