About the role…

The Front-End Developer and eCommerce Support role is a 12 month contract and is located at our Global office in Torquay and reports into the Global Head of eCommerce. The role is newly created and has a broad range of responsibilities, supporting a wide range of digital initiatives including websites, mobile, loyalty, unified ecommerce, email marketing and other applications. Working closely with the Digital and Marketing teams you will be involved supporting the online channels to ultimately increase conversion of content to sales.

What we are searching for…

We are searching for someone with a passion for the detail – a crew member who has relevant experience in support and development. You will have a solid understanding of digital tools that support our ecommerce and digital landscape, methodologies and web practices and key digital metrics. To be successful you must have strong skills in a wide variety of fields such as information architecture, usability evaluation and emerging technologies coupled with experience with CMS, Email Marketing and Social Media platforms and how to support 3rd party applications. Being highly proficient in CSS and HTML is a must. Experience in managing and supporting complex online ecosystems to support, and UAT processes both customer and business objectives will ensure you hit the ground running and contribute to the support of our eCommerce teams globally.
