Summary: Lead the men’s brand team and regional marketing leadership in defining, driving and executing lululemon Men’s business and brand priorities in global brand storytelling and marketing experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver brand management, strategic direction, team collaboration, functional excellence to deliver against enterprise defined strategic initiatives and growth targets for the Men’s business
• Laser focus on brand and business priorities and how the global guests experience the brand; deliver into these priorities to ensure increase in unaided awareness, aided awareness and consideration with men globally, with a positive, measurable halo on the brand overall.
• Manage the Men’s Global Brand Marketing Calendar initiatives with inputs and collaboration with regional marketing and global brand leadership.
• Set, manage, track and deliver Global Brand KPIs for lululemon Men’s brand initiatives including campaign effectiveness
• Own global business brief for global brand marketing initiatives for lululemon men’s, that incorporate global and regional business priorities.
• Own synthesis of regional strategies and asset needs to define a global toolbox /playbook of assets that meet the needs of the regions, for the regions to activate men’s storytelling initiatives
• Embodiment of enthusiasm, commitment, cultural acumen and analytical ability to continually bring a fresh perspective to men’s global marketing initiatives in the near, medium and long term
