Summary: The Global GTM Manager will be responsible for creating and communicating the calendar, building templates and creating communication tools used by Global and Regional Product and Marketing teams each season to drive Global consistency and cross functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather annual and seasonal Product calendars from Footwear, Apparel, Marketing and Creative in order to build the Global Go To Market calendar that serves as the backbone for how Vans cross functionally builds our Global and Regional timelines and milestones
  • Establish a Smartsheet for Vans Global Go To Market calendar
  • Develop Smartsheet dashboards for Global Product Merchandising, Global Marketing, Global Strategy, Global Finance and Operations teams and Regional Go To Market teams on upcoming key milestones across multiple seasons
  • Develop updated templates the Global Product, Marketing and Creative teams use for storytelling of our most important Brand, Sports, Product Marketing stories each season
  • Calendar meetings and setting objectives for cross functional reviews of Product One Sheets
  • Brief Footwear and Apparel/ Accessories teams, Brand, Sports, Product Marketing teams on deliverables for Global Go To Market materials used during Product and Marketing Line reviews
  • Host all content on a Global Go To Market drive
