Summary: You will be responsible for assisting in the development of world-class integrated marketing plans that create brand impact globally for the Converse brand. Through cross-functional and cross geo collaboration you will help drive the future of the brand as an authentic street-style brand that serves youth.  

Responsibilities:

  • As our Global Brand Manager, you’ll concentrate on consumer focus, strategy development, marketing planning and follow through, relevant product insights and knowledge, and project management.
  • Maintain close relationships with key consumer groups, cross category partners, colleagues around the world and functional partners.
  • Support the development of strategic marketing plans, briefs, concepts and creative implementation. Own the tear-downs for each season.
  • You will be the Brand Lead on Chuck in partnership with the Brand Director, special launches, such as BHM, Pride, etc.  This includes the development of strategic marketing plans, briefs, concepts and creative implementation.
  • You will contribute to the team’s development of the strategy, implementation and evaluation of plans for our seasonal marketing initiatives.
