Summary:

This role is responsible for bringing to life the brand vision ‘A world where everyone knows the feeling’ through creative concepts across all aspects of the marketing mix and aligned to the business objectives and brand strategy.

The Creative Director is responsible for the aesthetic execution of Billabong Women’s Marketing, globally, across all platforms and aligned to the Product Creative Direction. The Creative Director and their team will focus on our 4 inline seasons as well as elevated execution around our swim category, wetsuits, surf capsule and adventure division. The CD will also concept and creatively execute against all brand elevation moments including but not limited to brand campaigns, collaborations and special collections.

You will work with a creative team, including a global art director and senior digital designer who will be direct reports. In addition, you will work closely with the marketing operations manager and a production manager. In conjunction with this team concept, design and execute on the below. You will be required to be ‘hands on’ in many of these areas.
