Role: Global Marketing Lead – Lifestyle

Location: Saint-Jean-de-Luz, France
Summary: You will be responsible for driving the global category marketing strategy within the LIFESTYLE universe. This includes a multi-channel strategy for seasonal storytelling, supporting channel teams with brand & product storytelling, as well as supporting brand specific marketing through the Quiksilver athlete & influencer roster.

Responsibilities:

·        Work side-by-side with the product & design teams to identify and position key seasonal stories, define mandatory assortment & marketed styles.
·        Manage photoshoot & seeding sample buylogs & inventory
·        Develop insight driven PRODUCT briefs to enable the channel leads to develop campaign briefs that support both sell-in and sell-through of key LIFESTYLE products.
·        Liaise with Global Marketing Director, Chief Merchant & GM to develop a strategy that will support water category growth via all channels.
·        Align with the sustainability strategy and identify seasonal consumer engagement and storytelling opportunities around sustainability initiatives
·        Align with innovation & fun brand values strategy & identify seasonal consumer engagement & storytelling opportunities
·        Develop deep relationships with regional counterparts to drive overall support and strategy implementation from a global standpoint
·        Work with regional marketing leads to develop influencer & opinion leader relationships
·        Build on a network of relationships in fashion, music & art to drive the brand deeper into the lifestyle space
·        Operate as key liaison between the brand and influencers/athletes for delivery of influencer marketing requirements
·        Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget against a clearly defined brief
