Role: Global Marketing Operations Manager

Summary: This role will be responsible for increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the Global Marketing Organization. Primary functions are to define and optimize global marketing processes, collaborate with finance to maintain and manage the global marketing budget and secure on-time and in-full production, delivery and storage of global and regional marketing assets.


  • Develop, document and maintain marketing processes in partnership with Global Brand GTM Directors.
  • Coordinate, establish and maintain process governance.
  • Conduct regular review of processes ensuring optimization and scalability.
  • Lead Marketing’s financial planning process and models for budget, estimates and long-range plan.
  • Ensure billing and forecasting system integrity with global and regional teams.
  • Develop framework and optimal process for production and distribution of all marketing assets to marketing teams.
  • Partner with marketing teams to ensure all marketing creatives are stored and secured in DAM.
  • Establish, track and status all asset deliverables, including impact analysis on timeliness of asset deliveries.
