WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Responsible for providing day-to-day operational support on all SMU/value Tee development
• Responsible for managing all aspects of the product development calendar, execution of the product, and on-time delivery of development and samples
• Set up and maintain all licensed product
• Monitor and maintain the development communication with suppliers
• Support in cost negotiations with suppliers to meet or exceed margin targets.
• Complete style setup, costing and integration
• Maintain all style product maintenance & details in PLM system
• Traffic fabric, strike-off, wash and sample submissions between vendors / M&D / Sales
• Contribute to fit direction and spec maintenance
• Upkeep of tee blank / sample library
• Adherence to development calendar deadlines
• Understanding of construction methods, fabrics and print / wash techniques specific to tees
• Market awareness and understanding of Volcom customer
• Familiarity with competitor products / brands
• Other duties as assigned
