Summary: Run the global social brand presence, strategy, and analytics. This person should embody the brand of DC Shoes––and will be hands-on in social planning, analytics, paid social, execution, data reporting, community management and communicating global social media strategies to strengthen DC Shoes social brand presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Deep understanding of paid social and analytics
  • Implement guidelines and monitor both global and regional social media accounts
  • Community management across all social media platforms
  • Strategic planning and thoughtful execution of influencer and content marketing campaigns to promote the DC Shoes brand and business.
  • Develop relationships with influencers and management agencies. Identify key partners and unique, strategic programs for each
  • Be the leader in producing and coordinating consistent, high quality real-time content (ex. Instagram Stories) through internal resources, delegation of freelance creatives, and working collaboratively with athletes and influencers
  • Strong knowledge in social media reporting across all leading social platforms: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on web traffic and ROI
