Summary: This position balances multiple projects successfully from concept to launch, acting as a creative lead while working with the Lead Graphic Designer and brand team campaign/project stakeholders. This person is responsible for the conception, design, and execution of innovative visual materials for integrated marketing initiatives at both the global and regional levels. The designer is responsible for large scale campaigns to single executions in both print and digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Under the direction of Global Creative Directors and Lead Graphic Designer, design and execute brand campaigns
- Develop creative assets across a broad range of business, including packaging, marketing collateral, POP/windows, tradeshows, merchandising materials, and digital banners
- Partner with team members to develop and produce content / materials that support the brand strategy
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging.
- Work collaboratively to ensure that all design solutions meet deadlines, objectives, and budget parameters
- Research market trends and translate into brand appropriate designs
- Generate insights for technical and visual innovation of digital & print communication
