Summary:
Global Head of Sales can be based in Sydney or remotely. Reporting to the Owner/Operator, this position is accountable for all aspects of B2B Sales of TCSS across the globe.
The role will require a highly organised and driven individual with a passion for the brand and an interest in its products, commercial skills, account management and relationship management skills and above all business development and sales building skills.
Responsibilities:
o Direct management of key accounts in Australia
o Management of sate-based reps in Australia (currently 5 in total)
o Management of offshore reps/distributors in Europe (2), USA (2), Japan, China, Korea, Thailand and NZ
o Achieving B2B sales targets and communicating with directors about progress and any issues with achieving these targets
o Optimise the running of the B2B area with a focus on growing sales through retail partners
o Continually looking for new opportunities in the B2B space
o Building and growing the B2B strategy with consultation with directors
o Other components as discussed with directors during the course of the role
o Good incentive available with stock options for the right candidate
