Summary: As the Head Of Design And Creative you will lead, develop and execute our brand strategy and inspire the Product Design team to ensure business objectives are met.

The position is based in our Head Office currently located at Burleigh Heads on the Gold Coast in Queensland. We value productive work and this position offers a competitive package including a full-time salary and monthly clothing allowance.

Responsibilities:

• Projective planning of our seasonal product ranges and day-to-day functions of our Product Design team;
• Development of the seasonal line plans and design work across existing and new category opportunities; and
• Execution and development of our creative briefs for the brand strategy to realise commercial growth.
