Location: Burliegh Heads, QLD
Summary: This pivotal role is responsible for the development and execution of the strategic direction across all in-house brands; Swell, Depactus, The Hidden Way, No News and Nine Islands. This role is responsible for departmental profit and loss, analysing in-house brand performance and identifying opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Strongly articulate in-house brand vision and strategy and execute it effectively
• Be responsible to drive the development process and priorities for projects / brands to ensure efficiency and adherence to timelines;
• Drive the Go-To-Market Strategy for House brands
• Conduct regular competitor analysis activities (SWOT) and evaluate market competition by comparing house brand products to aligned brands in the marketplace
• Work closely with the Design teams, Head of Planning, and Buyers to create balanced, timely on trend ranges, meeting global requirements with speed to market a focus
• Offer creative guidance and technical/ engineering direction to Designers to ensure the quality of work is of a high standard and that deadlines are achieved
