Summary: The person understands how to build relevant audiences, always leads with story led content, and is responsible to grow engagement (Brand Love) by reaching more people, in more occasions, more often and for longer on our Owned (redbull.com & Red Bull TV), Shared and Managed 3rd party (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, etc.) and Earned channels.

Responsibilities:
Lead and Inspire a team
Lead and inspire a team of marketing specialists in a manner which inspires and drives high performance, innovative & creative thinking & stays at the forefront of the media industry and trends of our consumers in Australia

Develops and execute exciting business plans
Develops and executes Australia’s strategic media direction by creating memorable media moments that engage & entertain key audiences.

Create and curate engaging, story-led content
Creates and curates engaging ’beyond the ordinary’ content that is story led, excites and inspires an evolving consumer base. Create content to build audiences and drive brand awareness

Product and brand communications
Provides counsel on consumer enquiries and complaints
Tracks and advises on corporate and product communication

Develop strong networks and strategic partnerships
Develop & maintain a strong network of opinion leaders, influencers and commercial partners which can bring positive commercial & strategic benefit to the Red Bull can and media business
