Reporting to the Group General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the HR function of the business both at a retail and head office level in Australia and New Zealand, with a focus on recruitment co-ordination, performance management, advice, policies, procedures and workforce planning.

Specifically, this role will include, but is not limited to:

  • Managing the Recruitment and Selection cycle
  • Leading and implementing workplace culture initiatives
  • Assisting our Managers with employee onboarding
  • Manage and mentor our Managers on the Performance management process
  • Liaising with our Training Manager on all Training and Induction processes
  • Leading Workplace Health and Safety
  • Providing Employee advice
  • Coaching, counselling, development and any disciplinary actions
  • Contributing as an active member of the Leadership team
