ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Group General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the HR function of the business both at a retail and head office level in Australia and New Zealand, with a focus on recruitment co-ordination, performance management, advice, policies, procedures and workforce planning.
Specifically, this role will include, but is not limited to:
- Managing the Recruitment and Selection cycle
- Leading and implementing workplace culture initiatives
- Assisting our Managers with employee onboarding
- Manage and mentor our Managers on the Performance management process
- Liaising with our Training Manager on all Training and Induction processes
- Leading Workplace Health and Safety
- Providing Employee advice
- Coaching, counselling, development and any disciplinary actions
- Contributing as an active member of the Leadership team
