The Challenge

We support a wide variety of departments and brands, and the unique nature of our business means you’ll have a steep learning curve to develop enough acumen to support the team effectively. We handle high volumes and aim to deliver an exceptional customer service experience to the business. We work in a small, close-knit team where we help each other out – so sometimes you’ll need to rely on the team to support you, and other times you’ll need to drop everything to help a colleague. There will be a high volume of employee relations work in this role, so your ability to manage multiple priorities will be critical. This role will see you playing a critical role in supporting the change management and rollout of major systems across our retail stores and head office teams.
