Summary: You’ll drive overall brand strategy, planning and execution based on seasonal campaigns and your plans and strategies will be informed by consumer insights and knowledge. You’ll interface with other leadership members and Hurley US HQ to develop and execute strategies and programs that will maximise brand and sales goals, through the messages, experiences and channels that are meaningful to our consumers.


1. Drive revenue growth in existing customers to achieve the budget set by accounts throughout Japan.

2. Partner with the Hurley Sales team at quarterly trade shows with product stories based on seasonal strategies.

3. Develop & execute seasonal marketing plans according to category and functional briefs.

4. Be an ambassador for our consumer and understand them inside out in order to best serve their needs.

5. Provide executional reporting, learning & best practices.

6. Become an expert on Japan insights & numbers to put at the centre of the digital consumer journey.

7. Conduct surf industry market research toward forecasting demand and trends.
