International Marketing Coordinator

Role: International Marketing Coordinator

Summary: This position supports the business in two key areas. As the primary support and conduit between Herschel HQ and international distributor teams and managing the internal Go-to-Market process for direct and distributor regions. 

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development, planning, and execution of the Marketing GTM calendar globally
  • Coordinate the development, production, and distribution of the Marketing GTM Guides globally
  • Initialize regular communication with EMEA, APAC, LATAM distribution teams, and direct regions while providing feedback on marketing budgets, proposals, and activations to ensure the brand experience is consistent, aligned, and on-brand within regional markets
  • Coordinate brand briefs and work with internal and external partners to execute marketing initiatives within given timelines
  • Coordinate retail, digital, PR, social media, and event marketing requests from international distributor teams to ensure that Herschel Supply is showing up properly and on time through their regional retail partners
  • Responsible for formatting, content collection, and distribution of the monthly Retail Marketing Newsletter to all sales reps and international distributor teams
  • Maintain an international database, including regional contact lists, marketing reports, and budgets
  • Track international marketing coverage, budgets, and actual spend across all channels and build seasonal report
