Role: International Sales Manager

Summary: As the International Sales Manager you will expand and maximize sales in designated territory while enhancing and protecting the integrity of the brand and establishing control-related standards and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, collaborate, and deliver yearly business plans by designated regions
• Deliver against financial goals developed with management and executive team
• Create regional relevant product assortments and range plans
• Develop relationships and expertise in designated region to communicate opportunities and challenges relating to markets, partners, competitors, demand, consumers, and others
• Understand how to examine and leverage business analytics to maximize sales and profit
• Ultimate responsible for Licensee business process: seasonal assortment plans, design submissions, approvals, samples, and factory compliance
• Increase globalization of the brand by identifying and collaborating with management team on brand right opportunities, potential new markets, and partners
