Summary: The Manager, People is an integral member of the People Team reporting directly to the Director, People. This role is focused on understanding what people need and knowing how to provide it. We’re in search of a qualified and resourceful Manager who will help the department ensure smooth and efficient business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Recruitment Coordination- Posting open roles, screening and sourcing candidates,
• Supporting analytics- Spreadsheet creation and report writing
• Assist in developing and executing procedures and policies, providing guidance and interpretation for business operations
• Suggest new procedures and policies to continually improve efficiency of the People department and organization as a whole, and to evolve and improve a best in class employee experience!
• Participate in development of People objectives and systems, including metrics and standard reports for ongoing company requirements
• Assist in administering benefits, compensation, and employee compliance trainings and programs
• HRIS Management
• Assist the Director with the execution of the Annual Review Process
• Ensure legal compliance of HR state and federal regulations and applicable employment laws, and update policies and/or procedures as required
• Assist with the Recruitment process- Recruitment coordination and/or full cycle recruitment as necessary
