Summary: The Marketing & Creative Operations group drives and delivers operational excellence, strategy, and process for the marketing team globally. This team builds the foundation for the Brand by reinforcing marketing with the tools, processes, and best practices to enable success. In this role, you will lead communication, facilitate alignment and guide partnership between the Marketing and Creative teams in a fast-paced and high energy environment.
Responsibilities:
- In conjunction with assigned Category Marketing Manager(s), Creative Director(s) and creative team(s), you will plan, facilitate and deliver regional and global marketing initiatives and product launches across all channels and touch points, both digital and physical for assigned category marketing needs.
- Follow master calendar set by Marketing Operations Director and oversee, manage and track marketing GTM dates and gates. Set deadlines to deliver materials for timely and consistent global execution.
- In conjunction with assigned Marketing Manager(s), maintain and distribute seasonal campaign communication plans.
- Partner with assigned Brand Marketer(s) and Creative Director(s) in keeping consistency of messaging across vehicles. Track regional plan activation to insure we are delivering on our commitments and goals.
- Deliver on-time marketing campaign toolkits and strategies that support activation of global seasonal marketing initiatives.
- Provide process and standardized tools to drive consistency and improve effectiveness. As well as help educate all stakeholders of the go-to-market tools available to them (communication plans, imagery, videos, digital assets, training tools, etc.).
- Route materials to stakeholders. Collect and organize feedback and manage change requests for routed materials.
