Role: Marketing Business Affairs Manager

Summary: The Marketing Business Affairs Manager must flex between critical and strategic thinking and be able to anticipate the immediate and future needs of marketing and how that impacts business agreements and contracts. This role will be highly cross functional while working closely with Procurement, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and external vendors.

Responsibilities:

• Set and manage marketing business agreements with internal and external partners.
• Ensure we have a streamlined contract management system in place for all marketing agreements.
• Research, clear, negotiate and issue contracts/licenses as needed for music, photography or other copyrighted material.
• Act as a change agent to champion new processes/tools within the organization.
• Develop process to track usage terms and expiration dates of all assets with related third party permissions/rights.
• Coordinate billing, approve and process vendor invoices
