Role: Marketing Manager, Brands & Events
Brand: Pacsun
Location: Anaheim, CA
Summary: Be responsible for maintaining an in-depth understanding of lifestyle culture, events and providing strategic direction and guidance for the PacSun brand. The Marketing Manager of Brands and Events will partner with cross-functional business partners to deliver an integrated calendar aligning brand, product and content consistent with company objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the lifestyle space and surrounding culture to ensure relevant consumer insights
- Develop strategies and tactics that authentically connect PacSun’s initiatives to our key consumers
- Manage brand marketing team of 1-2 direct reports, providing plans and work back calendars for key men’s & women’s launches
- Act as the key liaison between brand partners and internal teams
- Responsible for experiential marketing activations from concept to execution including large scale events managing onsite vendor & staff operations
- Act as the primary on-site contact at all events and activations able to make real-time decisions in high-pressure situations
- Provide event recaps after completion of activations
- Align and collaborate with PacSun marketing counterparts & outside agencies
