Who are we looking for? An ambitious Marketing Manager who is ready to hit the ground running and is able to bring with them an in-depth understanding of marketing strategy but is also not afraid to get their hands dirty.
The Marketing Manager will need to confidently take charge of their department and help build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide variety of marketing channels. The successful candidate will need to develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet business objectives whilst staying true to our brand image and core values. They will also be responsible for analysing and reporting on all marketing activities to required stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Devise strategies to raise business and store profile by promoting products, brands and intriguing customers through various channels which include but are not limited to:
- Social media and EDM
- Brand Partnerships
- Special Projects – Collaborations, publications
- Coordinate content for community blog and launches for the online store
- Planning and execution of store window VM (calendar and install)
- Working with Suppliers on how to trade their brand as well as any special activations
• Create and present marketing presentations to key stakeholders when required.
• Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
• Plan goal-oriented campaigns that drive sales and boost revenue.
• Make data-driven decisions to anticipate trends and strategically apply to tweak current and future marketing efforts.
• Successfully execute, communicate and plan with other departments.
• Support stores in everything marketing.
• Build strategic relationships with key industry players, agencies and relevant store shopping centres.
