Role: Marketing Manager

Summary: To assist in the creation of the overall strategic planning and corporate communications around brand initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the driving force behind regional product launches, product-specific marketing and messaging, and product integration into all Marketing activation. This position is the hub of workflow and communication between Sales, Product and Marketing as it relates to product-focused messaging and Marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in the design, implementation, and facilitation of the annual marketing budget, calendar and regional go to market (GTM) plan for Skullcandy
  • Manage launch of all new products, including in-store, POS, digital, PR, international, events, advertising, seeding, etc.
  • Drive and manage messaging and coordinate execution across all retail channels.
  • Manages the work as assigned within the department and as appropriate works with agencies, vendors, athletes, and event/trade show organizers.
  • Oversees the company’s PR effort including social media and the Skullcandy website
  • Builds strategy and drives social channels Instagram, Line, Twitter, etc.
  • Oversees fulfillment of image, product, and other ad hoc needs for media including event producers, magazine editors, sales reps, and retailers.
  • Works with and supports Product and Sales teams as necessary, including content and imagery for training material, sales meetings, presentations, etc.
