Summary: This role will partner with our global marketing operations director and marketing brand leads to help traffic all seasonal marketing briefs. The Marketing Traffic Manager will help to own the marketing team core process calendar and project management tools to ensure the organization and timely management of all marketing deliverables and creative workflow. This role will help manage the in-take, routing and status updates for all marketing projects from both internal and external vendors. The main objective is to ensure that all marketing collateral and work flows efficiently to the creative department
Responsibilities:
- Help own project management tool and in-take of all marketing project briefs and requests
- Manage weekly creative WIP meetings and help manage creative team workflow
- Work to oversee and own marketing team core process and seasonal production calendars
- Create detailed workback schedules and set deadlines for various stages of a project
- Distribute assignments to creative teams and other departments, helping assess bandwidth and priorities
- Meet with clients to learn more about new project details and give progress updates on existing projects, communicating any issues
- Monitor projects and workloads, adjusting assignments and deadlines accordingly
- Work with freelancers and contractors and ensure they have the resources needed for their jobs
- Manage all key client relationships both internally and externally
- Manage project flow, calendars for the global marketing and creative team
- Account Executive for the internal global creative agency.
- Primary liaison to internal and external “clients” across discipline, region and channel and all marketing facets.
