Role: Marketplace Coordinator

Summary: Our Marketplace Coordinator is responsible for providing Marketplace administrative support, coordinating the onboarding of new Marketplace Partners, and management of all marketplace partner integrations and successful upload of product to SS platform interface. This role may design presentations and proposals for Marketplace partners, so graphic design experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support for the SurfStitch Marketplace strategy
• Maintain all required documentation and guidelines to support onboarding and partnerships of Marketplace Partners
• Onboarding of new marketplace partners in line with induction process, establishing company expectations
• Management of platform interface and uploading of Marketplace product to SS platform
• Manage with the Head of Merchandise and buying team all Marketplace product, including assisting in all buying functions and reporting
• To proficiently attend to assisting with reporting, including analysing data, compiling reports
• Creation of presentations and proposals for Marketplace partners
