Summary: Work directly with the Senior Manager, Media and Advertising in the development of action sports marketing campaigns, specifically with focus across paid social, digital, print, and CLM. You will have the ability to build a media amplification strategy, optimize the plan accordingly through advanced understanding of both the Vans consumer and digital analytics, and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns. 

Responsibilities:

  1. Planning, executing and optimizing media for action sports initiatives
  2. Your diverse experiences and background enable you to provide a unique perspective to fuel our global growth. Additionally, you are inclusive and value differing points of view.
  3. Working in coordination with media agency on campaign recommendations and optimizations
  4. Collaborating on creative assets with creative team and marketing partners
  5. Supporting influencer and branded content strategies related to social and other paid partnership programs
  6. Managing timelines and budgets for action sports media campaigns
  7. Providing digital analytics, insights and reporting
  8. Reviewing campaign performance and providing recommendations based on business and campaign objectives
  9. Researching and presenting opportunities for new media partnerships and platforms
  10. Overseeing digital and paid social strategy for Vans retail campaigns
