Summary: In this role you will design and develop seasonal and speed to market on trend products across assigned brands and categories as required by regional and international businesses. In this role you will conduct regular competitor analysis activities (SWOT) and evaluate market competition by comparing vertical product to aligned brands in the marketplace.  You will be working closely with Merchandise Buyers and international divisions to create balanced, timely and on trend ranges meeting global requirements with speed to market a focus. You will research seasonal trends silhouette, color, fabric, and trim and create trend boards, concept sketches, technical drawings, bill of materials, trim and label packages.
