Role: Merchandise Manager

Responsibility: You will drive a product assortment for our retail stores that best support the future and current wants/needs of our customer and delivers optimal multi-buy opportunities.

Summary:
To be successful in this role you will have considerable experience in a similar buying, planning, category management or merchandise management position within a high volume retail environment. You’ll have a good mix of analytical and commercial acumen combined with knowledge of retail trends in the youth and surf market. Critical to your success will be your ability to build relationships across all areas of the business.
