Role: Merchandise Manager

Location: Burleigh Heads, QLD
Summary: You will be responsible for ensuring the development of merchandising strategies that deliver required gross profit, sales growth, inventory metrics, and aligned to both regional market needs and global brand position and strategy.


  • Execute merchandising up front strategy including assortment, sales planning, pricing/margin and distribution
  • Build seasonal line architecture to meet key LRP initiatives, sales, margin, productivity and global adoption targets.
  • Develop assortment plans, including breadth, depth, price-point, and retail space allocation
  • Have an in-depth knowledge of market, trends, innovation, competition, and product and be able to take turn this into actionable items
  • Liaise with design, sales and retail
  • Review and analyse current and past information/trends to set and control category assortment, strategic line plans for wholesale and Direct to Consumer (DTC)
  • Produce and present seasonal hindsight & FOD analysis
