Summary: Reporting to the North America Sales Director, the national accounts manager is responsible for the strategic planning, development and execution of the annual and seasonal plans for Herschel’s Women’s, Men’s and Kids programed sales to achieve and exceed the assigned sales growth targets for the Herschel the accounts manager.
Responsibilities:
- Direct responsibility for managing the National account fashion business with a primary focus on Nordstrom and other high-profile fashion accounts; Working and reporting in-directly to the Channel leaders and account teams across the North America Wholesale
- Lead sales strategies in order to meet/exceed sales goals resulting in responsible and profitable growth.
- Establish, execute and evolve a GTM process across all key gates to maximize the NA Lifestyle business
- Execute quarterly sell-in meetings in line with Herschel Brand objectives
- Formulate and implement short-term and long-term strategic business plans in conjunction with senior leadership that will execute against corporate sales and profit goals to ensure that objectives are achieved
- Develop recommended product assortments covering all categories and franchise businesses
- Liaison cross-functionally with Herschel Merchandising and North America DTC teams with specific product feedback for development and long-range product needs and ensure robust assortment / development
- Work closely with merchandising partners to ensure robust assortment by category and gender
- Forecast account needs and manage the account on-order vs monthly financial goals
