Role: Network Specialist

THE CHALLENGE

In this critical role you will be responsible for the delivery of IT operational support across multiple sites in the APAC region. You’ll manage a complex IT Network (Palo Alto, LAN, WAN, Cisco) environments and be responsible for data protection of network devices (backups), proactive maintenance and any corrective actions on all network equipment supporting critical continuous operations. Your key areas of focus will include service level commitments, KPI measurement, and end-user experience. You’ll be part of the global infrastructure and network team, providing input to support company-wide global initiatives, standards and programs. As an experienced member of the IT team, you will manage system upgrades, maintain up-to-date documentation and support coaching and mentoring of the wider team to share your experience.
