Role: Office Coordinator

Location: Port Melbourne, VIC
Summary: Reporting directly to our VP Finance & Operations, you will have the support of our senior executive team, as well as a broad base of responsibilities which means you’ll work right across every facet of the business, culminating in a diverse and rewarding position.

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing stationery, printer needs, post satchels, IT and electrical accessories, kitchen, furniture and fixtures
  • Organise catering and other supplies for in-house office events (sales meetings, morning teas, AGM etc)
  • Assist social committee with planning for staff social events
  • Maintenance of clean, clear, safe office space
  • Other administrative tasks as required, could include:
  • Assisting finance team with banking
  • Assisting with incoming and outgoing mail and couriers
  • Assisting with the compilation of presentations (board, sales meetings, brand presentations etc)
  • Liaising with IT supplier as key in-house administrative contact
  • Maintenance of IT register, and keep track of spare computers
  • Manage mobile phone contract
  • Manage photocopier contract
