Summary: Reporting directly to our VP Finance & Operations, you will have the support of our senior executive team, as well as a broad base of responsibilities which means you’ll work right across every facet of the business, culminating in a diverse and rewarding position.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing stationery, printer needs, post satchels, IT and electrical accessories, kitchen, furniture and fixtures
- Organise catering and other supplies for in-house office events (sales meetings, morning teas, AGM etc)
- Assist social committee with planning for staff social events
- Maintenance of clean, clear, safe office space
- Other administrative tasks as required, could include:
- Assisting finance team with banking
- Assisting with incoming and outgoing mail and couriers
- Assisting with the compilation of presentations (board, sales meetings, brand presentations etc)
- Liaising with IT supplier as key in-house administrative contact
- Maintenance of IT register, and keep track of spare computers
- Manage mobile phone contract
- Manage photocopier contract
