Summary: Globe is looking for an experienced, well organised and efficient Office Coordinator who will be responsible for the general smooth running of our Port Melbourne Office. The culture is casual, laid back, but our staff our professional and love what they do.

Responsibilities:

Office administration

  • Sourcing stationery, printer needs, post satchels, IT and electrical accessories, kitchen, furniture and fixtures
  • Organise catering and other supplies for in-house office events (sales meetings, morning teas, AGM etc)
  • Assist social committee with planning for staff social events
  • Maintenance of clean, clear, safe office space

Building maintenance

  • O,H &S administrative support
  • Liaising with suppliers, trades and landlord to get things done as directed by VP Finance.
  • Organise building maitenance as directed by VP finance / ESR manager (plumbing, electrical, structural, external etc)
  • Maintenance of heating & cooling

Staff related administration

  • Assist with employee related documentation requirements

o  on-boarding and off-boarding package preparation

o  ensuring leave forms are completed

o  maintaining other staff lists/documents, as directed by ESR Mgr or VP finance
