Role: Operations Manager

Summary: As the Operations Manager of the distribution team based at the Geelong Distribution Centre, your primary responsible will be to lead and manage all day shift operations. Your role responsibilities will be varied and dynamic, with a heavy focus on inbound stock receipt and put-away, stock replenishment, bulk storage consolidation, cycle counting and at times pick & pack activity. The ability to manage in an environment where task coordination and prioritization is essential will be key to your success. This position will manage a team of 30-50 depending on seasonality.
