Personalisation Manager

  • Design and implement Rip Curl’s membership acquisition, engagement and retention strategy in partnership with wider CX and Marketing teams
  • Use brand values and edit points to develop Club Rip Curl member lifecycle marketing, communication and content strategy (incl earned, owned, paid and partnered channels) in partnership with Membership Manager
  • Develop and implement the vision for personalised customer experience by co-creating with CX team and relevant stakeholders.
  • Define a customer engagement strategy that informs onsite (and in-store) personalisation whilst aligning to wider CX strategies and programs of work.
  • Support Rip Curl in the training, content creation and data migration from our current ESP to new ESP – Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
  • Work with the digital marketing team to deliver a best practice approach to a personalised day-to-day marketing comms strategy across both EDM and SMS.
