Summary: The Product Communication Expert will help identify internal and external opportunities to increase product understanding and trust among internal and external stakeholders through product communication programs and tools. The Product Communication Expert will help support sales and distribution channels by being a resource for external stakeholders & buyers regarding the product in a highly credible way, they will have expert understanding of our product, the ingredients & its function in different usage situations. The role will support our wider sales & marketing teams in helping to overcome misperceptions of our products and the ingredients and position our product in the right way to our customers & consumers.
