Summary:

The Product Designer at Riparide is a full-stack UX/UI design role that will have you leading the design function within the business. We’re looking for someone who can transform how we do design at Riparide but equally isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and get on the tools.

• Be the design authority for the product and the business
• Work with the product team to innovate and solve real user problems
• Create and maintain personas and journey maps for customers, storyteller and hosts
• Conduct research and user testing and translate insights into actionable tasks and inputs
• Produce user flows, wireframes, prototypes and visual design for new products and features
• Create beautiful, modern, mobile-first visual designs that appeal to our customers
• Keep up to date with design trends and make decisions based on data, research and your understanding of design best practices
• Create and maintain design systems and product style guides
