From the countless bands, artists & creatives to our in-house motorcycle mechanic, our team is made up of individuals that live and breathe the culture that Thrills represents.  We are seeking a technically proficient and creative Product Developer & Specialty Product Designer to join our team at our Head Office.  

Responsibilities:

• The complete development of products from initial drawings to final samples, including measuring and following specs
• Updating and maintaining garment tracking files
• Conducting garment fit sessions alongside design team
• Liaising closely with the design team to help develop collections from design concept through to prototypes
• Responsibility for SMU draw-ups / packages and detailed tech packs
• Creating detailed tech packs for all new styles and sending to factories
• Sourcing new fabrics and trims
• Resolving any product issues with factories / external accounts
• Ensuring quality standards are adhered to through creation of samples to production of stock
